The Moor compress utilizes the thermal properties of the Moor and is used primarily for easing aches and pains associated with muscle or joint problems.

Vita Moor Body Mask is used as a paste and is heated to a temperature of 104°F (40°C) by placing a sufficient quantity in a stainless steel bowl and placing the bowl in hot water. A large cloth is soaked in much hotter water, wrung out and spread out on a flat surface.

A layer of the heated Moor is now spread onto the cloth. The compress is applied to the affected body part so that the Moor directly touches the skin.

The treated part of the body is wrapped in warm towels or blankets and the Moor is allowed to work for at least 30 minutes.

Treat every second day until relief is experienced. If discomfort and/or pain persist consult your physician.

The Moor healing properties include very high bioavailability. Because many of the organic substances present within the Moor are in a colloidal (suspension) form they are highly bio-available (easily absorbed by the body).

Moor Compress treatments are best when combined with the internal healing of the Moor Body Cleansing Detoxification Program and other Vita Moor products.

Contra-indications: all acute febrile conditions, tuberculosis, severe heart problems and tumors.

Please Note:
We recommend that any towels or cloths that come into contact with the Vita Moor Body Mask either be dark enough to hide any slight staining that might occur, or that any lighter colored towels be washed before the Moor stains can dry out.
